No they are not but, some are but buyer has the choice to add the MaxFire-One V2 or keep controller stock..

Controllers are $100 stock add $30 for the rapid fire chip...

Are the consoles non-jtag/rgh?, if so what ones are rgh and what ones are jtagged.
