Did you make sure you cleaned out all of the software that is pre-installed on the machine when you reset it?

If anything it should be faster did you keep anything saved when you reset? it could possibly be infected or you have a cheap computer and need a new one.

Are you dumb? He said he factory reset it. Meaning default with no downloads.....

(Mine lasts about 40mins) I use it plugged in all the time but i dont know, just throwin possible solutions now..
