My parents have called me many times while I was gaming and it messed me up.

I do find this annoying sometimes as it seems that my mother does this right when I am in the middle of a huge fight or a story twist or something. But, I do not really mind as she does not do it that often and I do not care to help out.

Yeah it can get annoying but I wouldn't look at it in a bad way , they are the ones that bought all of your video games & stuff so just take whatever times it takes to help them & go back to what you were doing.
