I'm currently playing 4-3-2-1 with a BPL team and it's playing really well, however sorta fancied a change.

The formation would work very well with that team in my opinion, it gives loads of attacking options and the defence would be very solid given the pace and workrates of your CB's. I would change Rooney for Di Maria if you could afford that though.

The formation 352 is great if you use the right players. It is very difficult to play against a 352 sometime because the midfield is so filled up with players. If you plan on using it make sure your CDMs have good workrates and the same goes with your defenders.

To play 3-5-2, you need to be careful picking players. Work-rates and player instructions are crucial to not constantly being caught on the break.

It's not as good a formation as it used to be but still worth giving a go

If you have good workrates for each position it's an amazing formation.

The defence isn't bad at all if you have fastish defenders and CDM's with Medium/High
