Whenever I get to the point where my player is teleporting it doesn't let me get in the vehicle when I press Y. Is anyone else having the same problem? I have no idea what I'm doing wrong

Another player is probably close by or the vehicle isn't placed properly.

Mine **** up when i try to take the car off the bike rack it drives out then sais the personal vehicle is locked
