do you know the email account that the links with your main acc? also if you don't know your info, then you need fill out a form and name all the stuff on your account to verify thats you... (this happened to me and i had to fill out a form and i got it back in couple days... i hoped i help you a little

Same with me I didnt know anything but they asked for my Console ID linked to my account and xbox and they could see if it was made on my xbox and it was and from there they sent me a fourm to fill asking me to change the email and password to somthing new

Go to the dashboard and in the top right corner it will say your gamertag just wait for it to change and your email will appear.
Go to xbox.com and type the email then click, i can't access my account.
If your phone is linked or another email is linked then just get them to send you a code.
Once you have got the code then you should be able to change your password.
