Assuming it's a sata HDD, and DDR3 RAM. N200 is what I'd suggest for this build anyway so hold on to that.

Re-use RAM, HDD and case;

Add another HDD if you start to run out of space. Add a nice cooler and you can OC. Z97 provides support for Broadwell upgrade so you can grab a Broawell i7 and OC when they're released. PSU gives enough room to upgrade to a 380x/390/390x if you wish, once they're released.

Just another quick quest is it worth getting another 500gb HHD later on instead of a 1tb?

Worth getting what ever you can afford when you need more storage. If you can afford a 2TB HDD, it'd probably be worth getting that.

I just sit back & laugh at how no matter what they always switch up the CPU. Don't you want the OP to be happy everyone don't like Intel.
