Hi! I recently tried to create a 1.7.10 Forge Server with mods but I keep getting a "Mod rejected" error when joining. My client and server both have the same version of Forge, 1.7.10(.1230) and I can join the server fine with no mods installed. I even went to specifically finding a mod for my (.1230) version of Forge. Same error. What am I doing wrong?

It may be a problem with one mod you are using, use trial and error to see which mods will let you on the server, then you will know which one is the problem.

I tried multiple mods, and after many didn't work, I went into detail to find the .1230 mods.

Is your server running any client side mods? If so, remove them from the server

Do you mean client side mods installed in server, or client side mods installed in my client? I had no mods at all installed to my client.

Make sure you have no client side mods installed to your server. Inventory tweaks, autoswitch mod etc as these only need to be installed to your client.

Sorry but I don't have a definite answer :/ Try using different versions of forge for your client and server, different mods etc

Okay this is still not working, did a clean install of minecraft and forge and everything. Does anyone else have more suggestions and would perhaps a video of my problem help?
