No there are not. The only thing you can do is go onto a private server and gem everything but nothing sticks.

Yea there are no hacks, that's the point of the game to wait and have fun haha I some how have played enough and actually ENJOYED it and im level 96 TH9

That's the fun in it. If you 'hacked' the game for 999,999,999,999 gems, and upgraded everything the game would be a lot less fun than playing to earn upgrades because once you have everything unlocked there's really nothing to play for.
