Antec case with custom made side window
Cooler master heatpipe performance cpu cooler
Windows 7 64bit Home OS
Would I be able to run Minecraft at its highest settings smoothly?

It should do alright, but I wouldn't set the render distance too high on it, as well as using fancy settings.

Yes it will run Minecraft fairly smoothly on Medium settings.
I would recommend running at around 10 chunks, and fast graphics, not fancy.
You should have no issues.
