Hey guys, so my budget is 900-100 us dollars, to include the keyboard/mouse/monitor. I'll be sticking with dying light/minecraft/skyrim. If you could give me a few options to go off of that'd be incredible. I've survived off of playing Minecraft and south park on my MacBook but I'm done with the lack of everything that mac offers. Thanks!!

these are just general prices, if you looked around you could get it cheaper i'm sure. Mice and keyboards are more personal than you think, go into a store and buy what you find comfortable. I myself use a mechanical corsair with cherry mx blue switches and a corsair m65 mouse

All of those prices are completely wrong. That rig is over $1k and doesn't include peripherals like OP asked for. Since the rig I suggested has a 4690k and more powerful and efficient GPU anyway, he'd be better off with that, especially since it includes peripherals.
