I am on ps4 and got my game from walmart? I Got a redeem code bu i believe it was just 3 gold packs?

I believe that the ACWR is from being a premium member

You need to have bought the digital Deluxe version of the game to receive the "ACWR, L85A2 & another gun I cant remember.

Not really, I only got the 3x Battlepacks too, so I chatted with the EA customer service. I said that I pre-orderd BFH and did not recieved the ACWR Rifle. After 15 mins or something I got a Code which gave me a Special Battlepack, which contained the ACWR.

Just did that and it worked lol i had to talk to a supervisor and then they gave me both codes 1 for L85A2 and other for ACWR! Thanks Bud! REP FOR YOU.

you needed to have pre ordered the game or bought the deluxe version sucks i know. But just save up for the M16A3, its better IMO

Actually the only way to get the three guns.. is not through pre order the only way to get them is through the deluxe version via the hard game $69.99 usd or via the online copy at the same price.. if I knew all you had to do is call EA and complain about something I didn't pay for I would have done that and not have paid the extra $10 for three guns that regular (non-delux) members didn't pay for!!!

Did you pay 69.99? Cause if not you didn't pay for the deluxe meaning you're not suppose to have them regardless if you pre ordered ..
