I performed a test. I got 10 XBL accounts. Went to a modded lobby each. No matter what happens, when you hit 1 million, you get the dreaded notification.
Disconnected from Xbox Live.
Profile Signed in elsewhere.

It is so hard no matter what you say i have tested. Every account banned in less than a hour.
I will submit proof once gathered.

Not true , ur mostlikey to get banned
When the modder gets banned bcos xbl /rckstar, look into
The recent players and mesg ov the susspended account !
Posting ur gt on ttg or 7s or youtube will definatly get you a susspension
