Nice dual monitor setup, the red LEDs are a nice addition, too.

Change out the CPU for an i5 4440 or something of that nature. Also you might want to change out that PSU, I've never heard of the brand in PSUs, you'd be better off picking up an EVGA unit.

CPU is 6 years old, and I can guarantee it'll be holding that 970 back. PSU isn't great but you shouldn't necessarily switch to an EVGA unit, since there are plenty of bad EVGA units and the good ones aren't very cheap, per se.
