it's not way too low at all, Computers are somewhat becoming efficient.
However your links don't take me to your build they take me to my own one.
Link the permalink it's near the top.

BlackMyst wrote you sent the wrong link for your parts, on your parts list look for where it says permanent link and then copy that in.

you could get a 550 if you plan to sli.
A 550W unit is nowhere near enough for SLI 970's.
OP-A decent 430W unit will power your i7 and 970. We need to know your budget for a PSU though. Would also be useful to see your rig, paste the permalink, your links just send us to our own parts list.

A single 970 pulls around 150w at absolute peak.
X 2 is around 300 w
That leaves 250w for CPU and whatnot.
550w is plenty for SLI 970's but at an absolute minimum. Random power spikes is what you got to look out for.

4790k is a waste on a H97 board. Going to want an HDD for mass storage. Will you be overclocking? What will the system be used for exactly? What is your full budget for everything? What have you already purchased and what have you yet to purchase?

What would you recommend instead? A better CPU or Motherboard? I won't be over clocking, I will be using the system for gaming. I have £1200 to spend and I haven't bought anything yet was just planning.
