I've done everything except tier 4 rep. I heard the easiest way is to have a hacker. If anyone has any tips on how to do this then leave some feedback. Thanks.

Step 1: Go on Hotwire
Step 2: Get a friend to be the hacker
Step 3: Activate a reputation boost (if you have any)
Step 4: Let the hacker keep promoting your squad
Step 5: Get in one of the marked vehicles and drive around and gain xp
Step 6: Repeat
