I hate it with a passion.
No need to kill something unless you plan on eating it.

Never have gone hunting; I'd never kill animal unless it was for food but I understand why hunting is sometimes needed. Overpopulated animals need to be controlled right?

Kana wrote Always felt it was something socially backward rednecks do to get their jollys offNot trying to start anything here, but just because people hunt, that doesn't make them a redneck. All the people I know who hunt, hunt for food. They eat everything they kill, as do I. Just because you don't like people hunting, doesn't mean that the people who do hunt are rednecks. So please, don't call people who hunt for a good reason, "rednecks".

I used to hunt quite often when I was younger with my grandfather, both in Russia and the US, in which bringing hunting along as I grew up. It's been about 7 months since the last time I hunted due to me getting busy with a lot of things and some poor time management and planning, but I do intend to get back into it sooner or later. I've only really hunted quail, moose (when in Russia) deer and fox. I did intend to go boar hunting with a few friends a year or two back, but that got cancelled due to transport for everyone, as everyone wasn't able to afford a round trip plane ticket to Arkansas and almost no one was going to do a whole trip in car, so we put that off and never got back to it.

Well, I used redneck as a term to describe that they're the underbelly of society.
Just because the few people you know eat the food, doesn't mean everyone does.
And lmao "good reason"
