looking for some people that want to play hotwire and reapir the cars . i need this cause i need to get all the 4 perks 10 times but my car keep blowing up cause there are no repair pleass someone help.

I just go into lobbies with about 5 or 6 people in them, everyone is driving around getting cash that no one blows you up. If someone does then just find another lobby with about 5 people. I get my tier four perk every game.
