Please, ask questions. Give feedback. Report Bugs. The biggest issue with my applications is the lack of users requesting, suggesting and reporting. No request is stupid, as long as it is serious.
Dealing With False Positives and Internet Safety

Made quite a bit of progress. I'm at a Pre-Release 4 stage.
STill need to add proxy support and Instagram, then the features are on par, if not more then the old application

Unfortunately VirusTotal didn't fix the false negative on 1.2.8.1. Long story short, they find a non-existent virus. I e-mailed them and never got a response. If you don't trust it, don't use it. However, the new upload has at least 45 users who downloaded it and have not had a complaint if that helps you feel any better.

Atomic Manager Pre-1
Atomic Manager Pre-3
Websites Available to Scan
Twitter (Pre-1)
YouTube (Pre-3)
Twitch.TV (Pre-3)
Tumblr (Pre-3)
Websites to Add:
Instagram
Maybe:
Xbox
TTG (Unless mod says otherwise)
Upcoming Features:
-Proxy Scanner and checking for validity. 1.8 scanner would take too long per proxy to check on validity.
-File Sharing, for comprehensive lists
-Support for every major Social Media website and user requested ones
-User Sign Up (Actually will be designed to be universal across all developed applications)
-Reporting errors and feature suggestions directly from inside the application
-Custom Bug reporting
-Comprehensive auto-updating
-Custom bootup commands for 'API' usability in other applications developed by the community
-Domain name tools
-My own server support. This means, more options. More uptime and more importantly, consistent direct downloads.
-Multi Proxy Support, this will hopefully stop the 403 errors that occur
-Multiple Threads. This will allow faster speeds. Example, theoretically my old build checks 1500 accounts in a minute. This would allow me to potentially check 4 times this, clocking in at 6000 per minute or 100 per second.
-More efficient code. This is important. Version 1.8 and below had the ability to check about 800 accounts a minute. In my next major release, I re wrote everything. My speed doubled. The more efficient the code will be, the less resource intensive which will hopefully stop some of the freezing problems that occurred at attempting to check an account every millisecond.

Dealing With False Positives and Internet Safety
As far as false positives, if you download the file and it has a false positive reported, give an upvote to VirusTotal. This should hopefully spark an investigation. Otherwise, I'll be e-mailing the vendors who had a false positive to investigate this and fix it. Now, any false reports on your end, through your desktop virus protection, let me know as well. I want to stay on top of this and hopefully get added to the trusted list on VirusTotal.
Either way, always practice safety.

Personally, I use Sanbdboxie to test applications. By downloading a file you are NOT at risk for infection. By running it you are. So, always run a file sandboxed, even archives. Then from there, run the executable underneath a sandbox. Try every function, then go check the Sanbox for hidden files. If any unknown files are created, I wouldn't trust it.
Through the above method, you can try my applications without worry and check for integrity.

That's pretty neat I have never seen the inital release myself but this may be something I will keep an eye out for when it's finished.

When I get time I'll put up 1.8 for download.

The problem I'm having now is I can't figure out what design to go with.
I like the metro look to be honest, but it's so over used.

I love the metro theme. I think one thing you should do if you do use metro theme is go dark. Everyone stays with the Standard White metro but I think dark looks better!

Oh I definitely agree.
I may do that, because figuring out a theme otherwise will take awhile.
Do away with the menu at the top and make a metro themed selection

My laptop just broke. I'm working on figuring out what's wrong, so this may be on hold for a bit
Anyway.
The old version scans websites with a list you provide to see if those words are available do for you to use.
The new version will do this and an undetermined amount of new things.
Ex: I'm looking into making a statistics tab for each website. Like post count, avatar, etc.

Ahh that's awesome, so kinda like an advanced + Multi platform username checker.
Good idea!
