Is there a better tower than that? I may be able to spend a bit more in the $550 range. Really want some Blue LEDs and a nice case.

The 5800k has overclockability but the 7600 is a better CPU/GPU. The A78 motherboard is also better than A58, but doesn't make a big difference. Plus, the RAM I suggested will work better with an APU. Want to point out that I downvoted "StonedMods" post because he originally suggested a low-end APU with no RAM and a shitty monitor. He then edited his post with a better suggestion. Just an FYI to anyone that might think I'm being a dick.

OP-If you can spend $550, do it. It would actually help a fair amount for considerably better components.

The 250x is still going to perform better than both APUs. You could save money by getting a more 'barebones' motherboard. You could probably get away with running the i3 and 250x on a 350W PSU and potentially save money there if you wanted, but the 600W PSU will be good for potential future upgrades.

Also I liked your build. I just know very little about computers honestly. I know the basics. I just want something that Is going to last for a long time, and have a great overall performance.


I also want the best cooling, know any good fans? I don't want to watercool it.

Any more than stock fans in a non overclocked mATX/ITX rig is not needed...

The heat output will be next to nothing.
