ey man, you in high school that is the time to doss and not do any work. Providing you have the common sense to pass through the exams to make it into University, lel.
If you want to go into vocational job then school isn't that important in the long-run imo.
If ur teacher ask why u not done ur homework tell them sk8rtg said "dnt tell me how 2 live my life"

Teachers expect you to study their subject an hour or so every night. If you're taking 8 subjects, that's 8 hours of studying after school. Plus, the 8 or so hours you spend in school is 16 hours. You're also meant to get around 8 hours of sleep. That's your full day taken up already. They also expect you to go out and socialize and have fun as well, but obviously, if you're studying as much as you "should be", you won't have time for this. For me, it ended up in a vicious cycle of missing schedules and trying to catch up, so having no social life and then deciding not to bother because there was too much to catch up on. I ended up leaving school with minimal qualifications and it means getting a job is a hassle, as is getting into Uni, so my only real option is a dead end job, if I can find one, or a college course to try get grades for Uni.
Really, the 8 hours you spend at school should be enough. Teachers should be teaching you while you're at school, and not expecting so much from you after hours, but if you ant to succeed, it has to be done really.

I am sure that this post was meant to be a joke, but I will respond to it as if it weren't.
How do you expect to learn if you are not given constant assignments. You're not going to learn much taking a class for a single semester of a class. The information won't stick long. I myself forgot most of what I learned the year prior over each summer between grades. Schooling should be constant throughout life, because most of the information we learn will not stick with us. Why? Because we don't find it interesting.
If you're complaining in High School, then you are extremely ill-prepared for when College comes around. In college, the professor isn't going to care whether you're present or not. He will teach the class. You will have to hand in the assignment, even though you weren't there.
I'm not sure of your age, but I believe it's time to stop acting like a child. You do the assignments given to you because you want to do well, and be successful.

Might be a more strict school that you go to but almost all classes at my school give work that can be done in a class and if its not done in a day then its for homework
