[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I've had this Xbox rgh about a year and half ago, got some modding place to install it since my soldering skills were pathetic.
When I had it done it would boot but took around 4-5 mins to start, present time doesn't even boot at all, anybody have a reason why?

you had to of changed the nand or kv flashed wrong

who did the install? do you remember? do you have a original nand disk?
