unless you have your heart sent on water cooling, here is one of my personal favorite cpu fans. it's really reasonably priced and great quality.

Would that fit on to my mobo and my Sharkoon T9 Gaming case?

Its okay, you wont notice much of a temp difference between this and other liquid coolers. If you can fit a 240mm radiator or 280 get one. corsair h105 is at a similar price point.

Hyper 212 EVO is a budget air cooler. It's decent for it's price, but it doesn't compare to high end air coolers or good AIO's. What is your budget and currency for a cooler? Also, what model PSU do you have?

yes it would. Personally i dont like air coolers, to big and bulky and when your case has window the heatsink takes up half the view. Personally prefer the look of liquid coolers.

I honestly don't have a budget but I do need a good one that won't overheat the CPU and that can fit in the case, thanks

The case has 2x 120mm front fan mounts, the rear 1x 120mm. Theres hard drive mounts and stuff down the front so i dont thing you would be able to fit a raditor there, only option is a air cooler or a 120mm liquid coolerr.
