Well, as I said, we still need your currency to be able to help. If you have no budget for a cooler, then grab a new case and do a custom loop.

The case has 2x 120mm front fan mounts, the rear 1x 120mm. Theres hard drive mounts and stuff down the front so i dont thing you would be able to fit a raditor there, only option is a air cooler or a 120mm liquid coolerr.

Oh right, well I can get the CPU cooler recommended by smitku if it is good enough

My currency is £'s and I wouldn't be sure how to do a 'custom loop' lol

What case do you have? Give us a link to it. You'd have to check for compatibility with air coolers since high profile RAM can get in the way of an air cooler, and some can be too big for your case. We're still going to need a budget, because everyone has a budget. If you really don't have a budget, then you can get a new case as well, and install a custom loop.

The case has 2x 120mm front fan mounts, the rear 1x 120mm, i mentioned it a couple comments before this and he said what case he had on the 1st page. Theres not enough room at the front for a rad.

There is a T9 Economy and T9 Value, both have different mounting locations and options. There is no "T9 Gaming".

There is a T9 Economy and T9 Value, both have different mounting locations and options. There is no "T9 Gaming".

The link he posted was the t9 value, The t9 economy has no side window.
