Try going into your system storage at the dashboard, clearing your cache or deleting the aw update, that's what i had to do when some of my dlc stuff wasn't showing up. No promises it will work but its worth a try.

you must not live in the US, its 14.99 in dollars not pounds where im at. But the question is Do you get the OHM from purchasing just the ascendance dlc or do you have to have the season pass?? Is it working for anyone ?... i havent seen one post saying they have gotten it

the same has happened to me and no you don't need season pass to get the OHM
