I don't understand this question, you will mod there account...if they have there own console id i am sure they can easily mod the account themselves, as im pretty sure anyone without a cfw wouldn't need the use of a cid.

Also i recommend you buy a private one for best and long use.If you get given one that works no doubt it will only last from 1 minute to couple hours, your best bet is get a private and it could last you month's if not years if you know how to use it right
