Pretty good. 8/10. Just for future banners here's some feedback:
- I'd remove "Twitter" and just do the @Name
- I would have rather had the car gone since its cut out but it still looks cool.
- and the text could have been a bit smaller to fix the box's border.

Overall, pretty good and it'll do - keep it up, vouch!
