id ont know where to put this but when i dwnload a game which ios 6.4GB, when it gets to 99% it stops ive tried it 3 times

why is it doing this and i also check my downloads and its not there

I have had that happen too, it go fast a'f and then at 99% it just stops. But I just let it go and after like 5-20 min it was downloaded.

You just have to be patient. At that point in the download, the download is finalizing and finishing up. Just be patient.
