1.google "langpack.sh" and download
2.open WinSCP and navigate to var/mobile
3.copy langpack.sh to this location and rename as delete.sh
4.set permissions to 0755
5.open MobileTerminal on your iDevice and type ./delete.sh
6.follow instructions
7.give me good rep
8.enjoy your much snappier device!
NB. dont delete ja.lproj if you use emoji.
