I'm having the same problem on my
Rooted s3. Not sure how to fix.
Ill try clearing cache and host file
I guess. You could always use "Aptoid"
For an alternative play store. You get
Any paid app for free as well if you are

I have fixed it I deleted the 'hosts' file and it works fine now

download 'Root Explorer'
Locate the 'hosts' file
Check the box next to the 'hosts' file and it may ask to mount to R/W if you haven't already and there you go that's how I did it
