All of the above to be honest

on offense i like to run a fast quarterback that can also throw, andrew luck and aaron rodgers are both good pickups, I also like to run tall recievers like calvi johnson, aj green and andrew johsnon, they really help in alot of scenarios. on defense start to user outside linebacker, every one and awhile they go into zone and you get practice, then use the middle, and then after a while the safties. with coins i like to play road to the playoffs, they are easy and get you badge packs and can sometimes get golds and elites

Try Skills Trainer to boost your skill on offense and defense. For coins, grinding solo challenges would get you the most coins. I would suggest using your worst cards if possible so you save contracts on your better cards. Make your accelerated clock down to 10 seconds as well to speed up the process.
