There were some copy stolen from a factory so it could be...

And make sure you copy those pics and upload them yourself so activision wont find them that fast

Real people from gamestop that work there could easily take one. Also some stores sell them early for extra cash.

That's fake, there is two Xbox logos on the top of the disc, the second has some weird design around it. Also this is the real disc

Plus why would he take the instruction booklet out of the case? Also 9/10 360 games are shipping with the new eco friendly Xbox case with all the holes in them.
