For Borderlands 2 I can give you

With full skill tree unlocked
Basically Unlimited Ammo

All three Playthoughs Plus a 4th modded one with lvl 90 enemies
I also have a few skins and heads saves so you can unlock all of those
Every location you can teleport to

For Borderlands Pre-Squeal
As of right now I can only do the 4 base characters.
Lvl 70
With full tree skill
with over 1200+ weapons
Basically Unlimited Ammo
Start at beginning so can get achievements
