Do you need a monitor? Yes
Do you need a keyboard? Yes
Do you need a mouse? Yes
Do you need an operating system? Yes

Add another 4GB RAM and an SSD when you can.
After calculating how much i have to pay today, it comes out to a total of $739.96. why is that?
(oh i added a wireless network adapter for $18.49) but still.
Shipping and taxes I assume.

Are you buying it all from one place? If so, the cost will be higher.
