Overclock the cpu and for now just use your gtx560 and your old case.
You would want to upgrade your gpu next and add 4gb more ram then a few a months down the line when you want more power buy a i5.

Alternatively you could get a nice i3 and h81 chipset motherboard.

You're in the WRONG section then.

We don't help with pre-builts here. As long as you don't have a single digit IQ, the odds are high that you'll be able to build a PC. I seen your last thread and you don't need an anti-static wrist band, I don't use one. You may have simply plugged some cables in incorrectly. No idea why you were so determined it was broken. Your specs were pretty out-dated anyway so an upgrade would be good. Here;

Re-use your old HDD and GPU. Add another 4GB RAM when you can, add an SSD when you can and save for a GPU upgrade.

It'll do for now, especially since you have such a limited budget. 160GB is more than enough for your OS and a few games for the time being.

im no good with pcs (lol) but in them ebay pcs they lie about the specs the CPU will not run at 4.2 ghz.. But if it does all the other compnents will be trash.
take it from me i was earlier posting asking about a prebuild and ive already learnt from my mistake!
Also good luck starting out.
