Could someone provide me the best parts for the money i got please, i be playing battlefield 4 and hardline and gta 5 when its out.

400GBP

don't need a monitor, or case or mouse and keyboard, i be putting Windows 7 on it.

Can this handle battlefield 4? or should i just save money for a better build?

It will be able to play it just not the best, i can play it on a FX 6300 and a r7770 and thats something. But i would try save a little and perhaps get a i5 4440/4460

If you can spend £450 you could get a i5 4460 and order all the other parts dcfc posted, Then when you save up a bit more add another 4gb of ram and a ssd.
