Your being rather cocky, if you already haven't heard there is a report system in black ops, so if somone gets into a black ops lobby records the host they will most likely be permenantly banned from black ops, yeah you can probaly use a KV to get unbanned of xboxlive but the new dashboard update on november the 4th seems like alot of the updates are going to make it extremely difficult to get online with a JTAG, although you dont need to use the update ive heard it doesn't let you connect to xboxlive atall without the update.
Yeah theres eventualy going to be ways round it but when will those ways be discovered? if ever.
