Dude any amount of water can mess up a phone there not build to last anymore these days there so volitile so your gonna have to take it to the Phone shop but try not to mention water damage cause that voids your warrenty you COULD try heating it up by putting your phone in the airing cupboard or near a radiator but it will take 24hours..

All i can suggest then bud is warming up the phone. Keep the battery out and take out the sim (and memory card if you have one in there) as well. Good luck bud if that doesnt work i do some research for ya

I would recommend ,
1. Sitting on a raidiator overnight . ( Take battery ect out,)
2. Give all the inside a good dry with a towel.
3. Switch on and see what happens
Works with me .

Just found this, hope it helps

It sounds like a common fault
Also read that you can put it in a bag of rice(take the battery out first) for a few days and that can dry up any liquid??????????????
