I'm trying to learn 2D design for fun and started looking for some resources for people who want to learn, I haven't found much on here. Any good websites/forums out there to look at?

Im not sure what you want to gfx for but personally i follow RatedDesigns, he offers tutorials and gfx packs on his Yt channel [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
If your looking for more just type in 'Graphic packs' on youtube and download the best ones you can find

only thing i can tell you is NEVER use stocks in a 2d banner, you will get a much cleaner and better outcome
