No, You can get the ISO Files and put it on a USB and install through XeX, You don't need a disc.

NO! There is no way of it loading Black Ops because there is NO DISC or NO FILES....

My host i know in real life said i could quick launch games without the game disc and without it installed

but ther isnt a ISO leaked yet,
if ther is then it will be able to play it
