Re-use your 560 for now, and save for a GPU upgrade. Grab something like a 380/380x or 390/390x if you can afford it, once they're released. They're probably going to be your best option for a GPU upgrade.
Or, you could get this;

Case isn't as good, only 4GB RAM and no SSD but you get an R9 270. 270 is going to well out-perform your 560, but it's still pretty close to an entry level card so the first option would be the wisest, if you're going to be able to save enough for a good dedicated GPU.
K280 is not a good case. PCPP is a bitch because you have to buy components from a bunch of different places to save money. It's easier to use one merchant for the most part. I only ever use PCPP because it's pretty hassle free but just an FYI, the total cost spent is usually more than PCPP stated. 4160 is not compatible with H81, unless the BIOS has been updated and you can never know for sure if you're getting one that's up to date, some places charge £20 or more, just to update the BIOS for you, so safer to get a CPU that is going to be compatible, without a doubt.

Sell whatever you're selling first. Then come back when you're ready to buy the rig. Then we'll know exactly how much you have to spend, without changing your budget all the time, and prices will have likely changed by then anyway.

No, Sell it on gumtree or ebay. You will not get £250 trading in your console, It will be much closer to £150 for cash.
