sanctyy i am not that keen on using an ssd right now, i dont mind wiping my pc from scratch if i were to get one later on when i have money for it

Believe me you would not be saying that if you had a ssd right now. It will make your general usage of the computer so much quicker, Quick boot times, Applications will load quicker.

Well its easier to just fit it into your budget now and then the only thing you will have to worry about is the gpu.
You will not be able to fit a decent gpu into the budget even if you remove the ssd.

No. Go with what I suggested. 120GB SSD and 160GB HDD is more than enough for now, until you can add another HDD. That H81 board is shit. N300 is mid sized case, huge for an mATX board. N200 would be better.
