Drink an energy drink or coffee. Stay Hydrated (this may not seem as important but drinking water will help). Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner (proper food is a great source of energy to keep you going), take a small nap halfway through the day if you can (if you are in school i wouldn't recommend, ive had plenty of whiteboard erasers thrown at me doing that). Finally mentally tell your self that you can make it through the day without sleeping and make a promise with your brain that if it makes it through the day you will sleep for a good amount when you can

I am in the same boat as you right now and what I posted above is usually what I do. Also a good cold shower will give your body a shock and kind of wake you up

sit in you normal temperature then just turn the cold on for a couple of seconds before you get out. Feels awful at first but is a good wake up call

RWL wrote Okay so its half 6 AM and ive been awake all night any tips on how I can keep through the day ?

Just make it through to 9am and take a nap until 12pm. Make sure you wake up when your alarm rings, if you can't, get someone to force you to get up. And your body clock shouldn't have an issue

5 hour energy.
Coffee
Exercise
Try not to do what you are currently doing being on a computer lol that will tire you out the most go and do something even if it's just a walk around the block or taking a cold shower.
