Whenever your in bed sit down, don't try to lay down because you'll end up sleeping. Also whenever you feel tired do 10 jumping jacks and they'll get you a boost. Also, drink some coffee

I had some experience with this one! If I were you drink some coffee or something with caffeine. Try to keep something with you that will keep you away from or distract you from being tired. Try and eat something with a lot of sugar to keep you on a little bit of a edge. After you get home though, your going to pass out no problem.
