Before i start I want to thank you for having the guts to join the US Army! Truthfully, do what you are best at! The US Army has all the jobs that are available! Choose what you like and search for it!

Don't join the Army. You have nothing to gain. You're not getting nearly enough of the profit the government is making at your risk if you are sent out to "war". Most wars the US has been involved in have nothing to do with defending the American people.

I'm trying to be an Infantryman (11x)

There are tons of things to do in the Army, I've talked to people who wanted to go in as plumbers, truck drivers, nuclear engineers, so there are many choices.

You should go here to try to find something you like -

Well, I when I was in your grade or I think senior year, I wanted to become a part of Military Police. It's a nice job in my opinion, and in that sense you truly get to see the world.

Personally, I'm going to join the SEALs after college. I would suggest the Air Force if you don't want to make a life time career out of the military. The Air force is more job based, so you will get job training and experience.

I have a friend who join the air force, and when he gets out he will be making 90,000$ a year minimum.
