With this you have everything you need and do not need to worry about buying more parts in the future like extra ram or an ssd.

Assuming you have a monitor

Add a ssd when you can the i5 is worth not getting a ssd games are starting to require quad cores and dual cores are on there way out.

Any cheap keyboard and mouse will work until you have extra money to spend on them.

Don't waste money on Razer peripherals right now. They're over priced and you have a kind of tight budget. Grab a cheap kb+mouse for now, then grab a Razer mouse when you have more money, if you wish.

@StonedMods - I assume you meant i3 is not worth it, not i5. i3 is a dual core but has HT so 4 threads. Games such as AW and what not will not work with a dual core Pentium(without a work around) but will work with an i3. i3 is a great little CPU.

@DCFC - First rig has a 280 which is more expensive than 285 but less performance?

@OP - My $0.02;

Will handle 1080p a breeze, lots of upgrade room, SSD for OS and favourite games/programs.
