Take the cpu cooler off and check if you left the plastic peel on the thermal paste, Also check if its spread evenly.

i have already, the thermal paste is on and its spead over the full cpu

Its really hard to tell if your motherboard has a faulty sensor, or if theres a more serious problem. Im not the best person to ask either regarding these kinds of issues.

well the speedfan most likely read the correct temps, You may need to get the motherboard replaced.
Try doing a bios update.

I've told you, TJ max for your CPU is 100c, so there's no way it's going over that. Check the fan on your CPU cooler is working and monitor your temps through other means. If you're really worried, replace the CPU cooler with something a little better. AMD stock coolers are known for being pretty poor.

ive tried other cpu temp softwares and all are pretty high :/ i will try and get a cpu cooler soon

download MSI afterburner and check there, and if its still high get a hyper 212 EVO
