Is there any tweaks or anything that work to get a lot of followers on either fast? If so let me know and thank you because the inapp purchase tweak doesn't work for any of the apps I tried so please let me know.

No there is not not. You must find a modded or hacker who has the programs to do that

There is a ton of methods to get followers look up jackpot followers hack on youtube. You have to be jailbroken though

Even if you do get followers they will be computer generated meaning they won't like/comment on any photos and It will become obvious you have obtained extra followers
