Have you tried rebooting your router? Sometimes that can make the connection stronger

Yes i have i have rebooted reset and opened up my wireless connection to no security and nothing i can get internet to my ps3 but i cant sign into psn i also reset my ps3 to factory settings and still nothing just connections timed out
