Dont use requirement websites, they are all a pile of pooo.
You could really do with a cpu upgrade but the gpu is powerful enough.
The cpu you have is only a dual core and very old, it will really hold you back.
You should be able to run it though on a mix of low and medium settings.
Also a extra 4gb of ram would help.

OP already has 8GB RAM.
OP-CPU is holding you back. Would be worth upgrading. I'm not sure on the situation with GTA V yet. Games like AW and FC4 refuse to run with a dual core, so if GTA V is the same(I imagine it would be), you won't even be able to play it. Your GPU is perfectly fine for 1080p, and your RAM is fine.
